- Register a vehicle for the first time (estimate the fee)
- Turn in your license plates (required to cancel insurance)
- Pay sales tax only

- Complete the necessary forms and gather the required documents.
- Place all documents into a single envelope.
- Include a copy of your proof of identity. Do not include the original.
- Include your email address and telephone number as requested on the application so that we can contact you with questions.
- Make copies of all documents before mailing.
- Mail the envelope to the address above.

- Renew your Commercial Driver License
- Exchange your out-of-state license
- Car or motorcycle learner permit testing
- Restore a revoked or suspended license
- Apply for a conditional / restricted license
- Commercial Driver License permit or endorsement testing
- Change Information or class on your photo document (non-renewal)
- Get a NY Non-Driver ID
- Change your name on photo document
- Upgrade to a Real ID or EDL (with or without renewal)
- Register/ get plates for your vehicle
- Renew your photo document (no upgrade/no photo)
- After Passing CDL Road Tests, Get CDL License
