Directions: Brockway Place between South Kensico Ave & Belway Place, White Plains, NY 10606 Take the Bronx River Parkway to Exit 21 - Main St. Go past the Galleria Mall and continue straight across Broadway. At the first light make a right turn onto South Kensico Ave. Go to Brockway Place (about 4 blocks) and turn left onto Brockway Place. The road test site is under the I-287 underpass on the left.
