Problems downloading PDF documents
Are you having problems downloading your driving record abstract or temporary registration?
Some customers have experienced problems downloading these PDF documents from our website.
Make sure your operating system and web browser have all recent updates.
If you are using Windows with Internet Explorer or Android OS and can’t download your document, try using a different internet browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
If you cannot open your downloaded report in your web browser, try saving it to your computer or device and then opening it.
You can download
- a driving record abstract through MyDMV until 5 days after you ordered it
- a temporary registration document from the registration renewal transaction confirmation email we send you (remember, you only need the temporary registration if your registration expired or is about to expire)
