MEDIA ADVISORY: NEW YORK STATE KICKS OFF IMPAIRED DRIVING CRACKDOWN
Albany, NY – The mother and brother of Colonie teen Niko DiNovo will join the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC) and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to kick off the annual “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” impaired driving crackdown. DiNovo died last year due to injuries he suffered as a passenger in a car that crashed into Blessings Tavern in 2016. The driver was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
