Albany, NY - The Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC), the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and New York State Police (NYSP) host a graduation ceremony for law enforcement officers who have completed extensive training and are now nationally-certified Drug Recognition Experts (DREs).
