New York County (Manhattan) - The Greenwich Street District Office is currently unable to process any transactions due to an internet outage.

Road test cancellations, location closings, or changes

Monday, September 13, 2021

Broome County - The Binghamton Road Test location is relocated to Webster St, between Baldwin St & Hayes St due to ongoing road construction.

• October 1, 2021 - Emerson & Glide test site will close.
• October 4, 2021 - Northland test site will open and replace the Emerson & Glide test site.
