  Location — On Flatlands Avenue - Between Pennsylvania Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue facing Van Siclen Avenue Starrett City, NY 11239 [13]
  Directions — Starrett City: Belt Parkway to Pennsylvania Avenue. Stay on Pennsylvania to Flatlands Avenue. Turn right onto Flatlands. Road test area is between Van Siclen and Pennsylvania Avenues.

Nassau

  Directions — Garden City Park - Broadway: Jericho Turnpike to Herricks Road. South on Herricks to Broadway (1 block before the railroad). Right on Broadway for 2 blocks. Site is on the right.
• Hicksville Auto
  Location — Mulberry Street Hicksville, NY  11801 [16]
  Directions — From Old Country Road take New South Road south and make a left onto Mulberry Street. Line up on Mulberry Street alongside fence facing New South Road.
  From Broadway (RT 107) go north on New South Road and make a right onto Mulberry Street.

  Directions — From the LIE Westbound - Take exit 43A Robbins Lane & make a right at the light onto Robbins Lane. At the first light, after the railroad tracks, make a right onto Aerial Way. Continue on Aerial Way making two lefts. After second left the site is on the right side of the street.
  From the LIE Eastbound -  Take exit 43 South Oyster Bay Road & make a left at the light onto South Oyster Bay Road. Make another left at the first light onto the service road of LIE. Make a right at the light onto Robbins Lane. At the first light, after the railroad tracks, make a right onto Aerial Way. Continue on Aerial Way making two lefts. After the second left the site is on the right side of the street.

  From West- Make a left turn onto Earle Ovington Blvd. Keep right and make a right turn at the first traffic light, into the Nassau Coliseum parking lot. Make the first left, then another left turn into Lot 7 at the next intersection.

  Location — Service Road to Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway (RT 135) facing north toward Jerusalem Avenue (RT 105) Wantagh, NY  11793 [21]
  Directions — From North: Go south on RT 135 to Exit 3. Make a left at end of exit ramp. Continue straight through the light (Route 105). Test site is on left side of road.
  From South: Go north on RT 135 to exit 3. Left onto Jerusalem Avenue, under bridge and turn left on the service road. Make a U-turn and line up facing north.

Queens

  Directions — Long Island Expressway to Francis Lewis Blvd exit. Make a left turn on Francis Lewis. Go to 58th Avenue and make a left. Go to Underhill Avenue. Park on 58th Avenue facing Underhill Avenue.

  Directions — Long Island Expressway to Francis Lewis Blvd exit. Make a left turn on Francis Lewis. Go to 58th Avenue and make a left. Go to Underhill Avenue. Park on 58th Avenue facing 192nd Street.
• Jamaica Auto & Motorcycle
  Location — On 115th Avenue between Van Wyck Blvd. And 140th Street. - facing 140th Street. At corner. Jamaica, NY 11420 [26]
  Directions — Van Wyck Expressway South, exit at Linden Blvd. At light make a left. Continue straight to 140th Street, make a right, go to end of block. Line up along side the park on 115 Avenue facing 140th Street.
• Kissena Park Auto
  Location — Kissena Park at 164th Street between Underhill Avenue and Booth Memorial Avenue. Cars should line up facing Underhill Avenue. Kissena Park, NY 11365 [27]
  

  Directions — Take College Point Blvd. to Booth Memorial Avenue. Make a left turn onto Booth Memorial Avenue. Take Booth Memorial to 164th Street. Make a left turn onto 164th Street. The road test line is on the right side of 164th Street facing Underhill Avenue.

• Laurelton Auto
  Location — Francis Lewis Blvd. and 222nd Street Laurelton, NY 11413 [28]
  Directions — Cross Island Parkway to Linden Blvd. exit. Make a right turn on Linden to Francis Lewis Blvd. Make a left, stay on Francis Lewis for approximately 5 blocks. Park is on the right, park facing 222nd Street.
• Maspeth Auto
  Location — On 50th Street - Between 55th Avenue & 56th Road - Face south toward 56th Road Maspeth, NY 11378 [29]
  Directions — Long Island Expressway West, exit at Maurice Avenue and continue straight. End of road make a left. At light, make a right. Go 1 block and make a left. Line forms on right side before intersection.

  Directions — From Queens: Take I-495/ Long Island Expwy West. Take exit 19 toward NY-25/Woodhaven Blvd/Queens Blvd. Keep right, follow signs for 60th St/Grand Ave and merge onto Queens Midtown Expwy. Left at Grand Ave (it becomes Flushing Ave ). Left onto Metropolitan Ave, right onto Grandview, right onto Stanhope St. Line up facing Woodward Ave.
  From Brooklyn: Take I-278/Brooklyn-Queens Expwy. Take exit 32/Metropolitan Ave. Right onto Metropolitan Ave, right onto Vandervoort Ave, left onto Grand St.- merges into Metropolitan Ave. Right onto Grandview Ave, right onto Stanhope St. Line up facing Woodward Ave.

  Directions — Take the Cross Island Parkway South to exit 35. Make a left turn at the traffic light. At the end of the road make a right. At the intersection make a left turn. The line forms along the side of the shopping center parking lot.

Richmond (Staten Island)

• Fox Hills Auto
  Location — North side of Mosel Avenue, facing Pierce Street Staten Island, NY 10301 [35]
  Directions — Take the Staten Island Expressway West to the Clove Road Exit. Get off at the exit and continue until you come to Richmond Road, and make a left turn. Make another left turn at the next intersection, which is Narrows Road South. Stay in the right lane and drive until you can't go any further and make a left turn. You are on Mosel Avenue. Pull over to the right beneath the underpass and line up.
• Father Capodanno Blvd. Auto
  Location — Northside at Lincoln Avenue Staten Island, NY 10306 [36]
  Directions — Take the Verrazano Bridge (lower if possible). Take exit for Lily Pond Avenue South. Stay on Lily Pond Avenue; it turns into Father Capodanno Blvd. Stay on Father Capodanno until it comes to an end and U-turns going north. As soon as you complete the U-turn, you will see the big red signs on the right to line up starting at Lincoln Avenue.

  Directions — Take the West Shore Expressway 440 South to exit 7 Victory Blvd and continue straight through the intersection on West Service Rd. The CDL site is located within the grounds of the DSNY Staten Island Transfer Station. There is a gated entrance to the facility, and applicants will be required to present their permit to the guard. Signs within the premises will direct applicants to the exact test location. Advisory: You will be entering an active landfill with trucks coming and going; please use caution and obey posted speed limits.

  Location — Lenevar Avenue between Lamont Avenue and Edgegrove Avenue Staten Island, NY 10309 [39]
  Directions — Take Staten Island Expressway to the West Shore Expressway (440 South). Get off at Exit 3. At the light (Bloomingdale Road) make a left turn. Drive to Woodrow Road and make a left turn. Go to Lenevar Avenue and make a right turn. Go past Ramona Avenue and line up facing Edgegrove Avenue on the right side where the red parking signs are.
• Staten Island #2 Auto and Motorcycle
  Location — Grandview Avenue between Forest and Netherlands Avenues Mariner's Harbor, NY 10303 [40]
  Directions — Take Staten Island Expressway I-278 to South Avenue Exit, Make right turn on South Avenue. Proceed to Forest Avenue. Make right turn onto Forest Avenue. Go one block to Grandview Avenue. Turn left onto Grandview Avenue. Line up is on the right side of Grandview Avenue, facing Netherlands Avenue. The line begins behind Kohl's Department Store and not in parking lot.
• Snug Harbor Auto (Seasonally open October to April)
  Location — Richmond Terrace and Snug Harbor Road Staten Island, NY 10301 [41]
  Directions — Take 440 North to 278 East towards Verrazano Bridge. Take Exit 9 Rte 440 North Bayonne to exit 12 toward Forest Avenue. Make a right on Forest Avenue and then a left on Jewett Avenue. Then make a right on Richmond Terrace and past Bard Avenue is Snug Harbor Road you will see the signs to line up for the road test. Do not go past the last sign.
• Dugdale Auto and Motorcycle
  Location — Dugdale Street between Riga Street and Mill Road Staten Island, NY 10306 [42]
  Directions — From Verrazano Bridge take exit 14 toward Hylan Blvd, Merge onto Narrows Road North, Turn left onto Hylan Blvd, Continue onto Steuben Street, Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Hylan Blvd, Turn left onto Guyon Avenue, Turn right on to Mill Road. 0.2 miles turn right onto Dugdale Street. 

Suffolk

• Brentwood Auto

  Directions — Long Island Expwy to exit 56 (RT111). RT111 south for approximately 2 miles to Alkier Street and make a right. Continue to Grand Blvd. and make a right, go one block and make a left on North Grand Blvd.

  Location — School Street - Between Mark Tree Road and Eastwood Blvd.; facing Mark Tree Road. Centereach, NY 11720 [44]
  Directions — Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 62 (RT 97 - Nicholls Road). Take Route 97 North to Route 25, Smithtown/Riverhead exit. Proceed on Route 25 west toward Smithtown to Eastwood Blvd. Take a right on Eastwood Blvd. Continue to School Street. Make a left onto School Street.
• Hauppauge Auto & Motorcycle
  Location — State Office Building, 250 Veterans Memorial Highway, Front Parking Lot Hauppauge, NY 11788 [45]
  Directions — From the East: L.I.E. to Exit 57 (Veterans Memorial Highway). West approximately 3 miles to NYS Office Building. Left turn. Parking lot on right.
  From the West: L.I.E. to Exit 56 (Rt. 111). North to Veterans Memorial Highway. Left turn to State Office Building. Line up at first parking lot on the right.
• Patchogue Auto 
  Location — Cedar Avenue - Between Division Street and Amity Street facing Division Street. Patchogue, NY 11772 [46]
  Directions — Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 63 (North Ocean Avenue, Route 83). Proceed south on North Ocean Avenue - which becomes South Ocean Avenue. Go over the railroad tracks to Division Street. Go right on Division Street for one block to Cedar Avenue. Take a left on Cedar Avenue.

  Directions — From the West: Take the Long Island Expressway (East) to the last exit-Exit 73 (Old Country Road, County Route 58). Follow Rte. 58 for approximately 1-1 1/2 miles. Right turn onto Pulaski Street (just past Mobil station). Left turn onto Columbus Avenue. Line forms along Stotsky Park parking lot, facing Pulaski Street.
  From the East: Route 58 West into Riverhead. Left turn onto Pulaski Street. Continue as directed above.
